Our mission is to help you get into the best shape of your life. We believe that anyone can get healthy and fit with a regular program of exercise and good nutrition.  Our bootcamps are fun and varied with different workouts every session to keep you on your toes.

Lauras Bootcamps now has 4 personal trainers on board to help you reach your goals.  From nutrition advice to group and 1 to 1 training.  We are at the end of the phone when needed and have a facebook page set up for all our bootcamps to chat about workouts, recipes and socialising.

What is Lauras Bootcamp?

A fun sociable environment for all fitness levels.  Outdoor training where every session is different with fantastic personal trainers.  Sessions vary from circuits, boxing, tababta, strength and cardio training to yoga, abs, pilates and combat.
